संविधान के अनुच्छेद 21(ए), 29(2) एवं 45 के अंतर्गत शिक्षा संबंधी संस्तुतियां क्या है ?

अनुच्छेद 21 (ए) संविधान के भाग 3 के अंतर्गत मूल अधिकार में निहित राज्य को 6-14 वर्ष तक के सभी बच्चों को निशुल्क तथा अनिवार्य शिक्षा उपलब्ध करानी होगी। यह राज्य द्वारा निर्धारित कानून के अंतर्गत होगा।
(The state shall provide free and compulsory education to all children of the age of six to fourteen years in such manner as the state may, by law, determine).
     धारा 29 (2) - राज्य द्वारा पोषित या राज्य निधि से सहायता प्राप्त करने वाली किसी शिक्षा संस्था में किसी नागरिक को केवल धर्म, जाति, प्रजाति, भाषा या इनमें से किसी एक के आधार पर प्रवेश देने से नहीं रोका जाएगा।
(No children shall be admission in to any educational institution maintained by the state or recieving aid out of the state funds or grounds only for religion, race, caste, language or any of them.)
        निशुल्क एंव अनिवार्य शिक्षा - धारा 45 - राज्य के इस संविधान के लागू होने के समय से दस वर्ष के अंतर्गत सभी बच्चों के लिए जब तक वे 14 वर्ष के नहीं हो जाते, निशुल्क एवं अनिवार्य शिक्षा प्रदान करने का प्रयास करेगा।
   ( Provision for free and compulsory education for children- the state shall endeavour to provide, within a period of ten years from the commencement of this constitution, for free and compulsory education for all the children until they complete the age of fourteen years.)
